Return and Refund Policy

Gathering/Event Registrations may be canceled and refunds are available as follows:

  • Registrations are fully refundable if we are notified 60 days or more before Gathering.
  • Registrations are 50% refundable if we are notified 30 to 60 days before Gathering.
  • There are no refunds if notification is made less than a month before Gathering.
  • If people renew their membership as part of gathering registration, the membership portion will not be refunded if gathering registration is canceled.

Refunds will be made by check in US Currency unless other arrangements are made with the Executive Director.

Any defective DVDs (or other defective products) will be replaced if we are notified within 30 days of receipt. Defective products do not need to be returned. The Labyrinth Society will pay the shipping for the replacement product, so original shipping charges will not be refunded.
